Aperçu du poste:

Au sein d'une équipe de soutien mondiale, l'analyste du service d'assistance informatique est chargé de fournir un soutien technique à tous les employés et d'offrir une expérience exceptionnelle en matière de service à la clientèle. p>

  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication écrite et verbale
  • Solide expérience en matière de soutien et d'application des clients et des serveurs Windows
  • Excellentes capacités d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
  • Formation post-secondaire dans une discipline informatique avec 2 ans d'expérience dans un rôle de support informatique.
Votre expérience devrait inclure :
  • Expérience de travail avec Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Windows Server 2019, et Office 365 Application Suite.
  • Logiciel de suivi des tickets de Help Desk/Service Desk.
  • Configuration et déploiement d'applications.
  • Expérience en matière de surveillance et d'analyse comparative.
Points bonus si vous possédez l'un de ces éléments :
  • Ce poste nécessitera des déplacements occasionnels aux États-Unis et au Canada pour fournir une assistance sur site.
  • Capacité à fournir un support sur appel après les heures de travail.
  • Une expérience des applications d'entreprise telles que D365 FO ou SAP est un atout.
Responsabilités du poste :
  • Fournir une assistance technique et un service à la clientèle au personnel local et distant.
  • Solide expérience et soutien en matière de Windows, d'applications et de matériel.
  • Assurer le support de la suite Microsoft Office, des systèmes d'exploitation Windows 10/11, de l'Active Directory, des stratégies de groupe, des files d'attente d'imprimantes, des fichiers partagés et des imprimantes partagées.
  • Créer et maintenir des politiques et des procédures informatiques.
  • Déploiement d'ordinateurs de bureau, d'ordinateurs portables et d'autres équipements techniques.
  • Collecter et documenter les informations relatives à l'inventaire et au suivi des actifs.
  • Contribuer au développement de la base de connaissances des solutions clients.
  • Participer à des projets départementaux et collaborer avec divers groupes informatiques.
  • Consacrer du temps au développement personnel et à la formation.
  • Recherche et développement de nouveaux produits et services pour améliorer le portefeuille informatique.
