We are currently seeking a Coordinator, Finance Operations, responsible for supporting the Finance Operations team in various aspects, including coordinating communication across departments, providing support in various reconciliation & reporting functions and other day‑to‑day operations. This role is eligible for hybrid work schedule. This position requires reliable internet access and the ability to participate in video calls and team collaboration tools. Standard business hours with occasional need for additional hours during peak periods. Key Responsibilities Work with different corporate teams to provide support in the tracking and reconciliation of payments for various funding programs Provide support for Ministry reporting throughout the year Regularly prepare and update routine reports Support departmental projects and assist in progress tracking Assist with Bank Accounts user set‑up and maintenance Assist with Software user set‑up and maintenance Assist with validation of third‑party reports prior to processing Other duties as assigned Knowledge and Skills Required Post‑secondary diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field 1–3 years of administrative or office coordination experience Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Strong organizational and time‑management skills Ability to multi‑task and prioritize Ability to work independently and with other team members Strong attention to detail What we offer The opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment within a rapidly growing company.
