OverviewBrandt is currently seeking a Machine Monitoring Specialist for our Customer Support Center located in Regina, SK.The successful candidate will be responsible for taking a proactive approach by utilizing the latest technologies and available equipment data to provide recommendations that allow our customers to optimize their fleets. Our monitoring software allows multiple data sources to be analyzed and interpreted. This position is a key liaison with customers, partners and suppliers for Brandt monitoring center.This position is a great opportunity for experienced technicians with an aptitude for technology, or individuals with a technology background and an aptitude for mechanical systems.ResponsibilitiesMonitor alerts received from machines through various software platformsInvestigate and research machine activity and provide recommendation of actionEffectively communicate the appropriate actions to the Service Departments or customers via telephone, e-mail or ticketing systemFollow up on previous recommendation to ensure problem resolution and identify learning opportunitiesProvide health fleet reports to convey value provided.Communicate effectively to customers, Brandt service, sales and support staff.Understand and support telematics and monitoring systems for our customers and Brandt.Meet MMS KPI’s for the Machine Monitoring CenterProvide coverage during peak times for JDLink administratorBe proficient in all technology platforms under the Brandt umbrellaOther duties may be assignedQualificationsExperience as a technician with aptitude for technology, or individuals with a technology background and an aptitude for mechanical systems.Strong communication skills, ability to analyze data and make actionable recommendations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
