About the job:
- Conduct competition talent mapping and other activities in the Americas region to identify and target international competition talent.
- Implement sourcing strategies to target competition talent and maintain a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
- Effectively attract, source, and interview candidates.
- Advise hiring teams on recruiting best practices and strategies to attract, source, screen, and hire competition talent.
- Administrate the approval process, offer letter, and related activities.
- Monitor and manage the recruitment process end-to-end.
- Work closely with hiring managers in a consultative manner ensuring the best hiring decisions are made in a timely manner.
- Participate in career fairs, networking events, and potentially other projects or recruitment initiatives.
- Ability to produce quality results, working under minimal supervision.
- Positive attitude and team player.
- Ability to quickly create relationships with hard-to-find candidates.
- Passionate about talent acquisition and up-to-date on industry best practices, thinking innovatively and outside-the-box for talent attraction strategies.
- Driven and results-oriented with a can-do attitude.
- Confidence in recruitment abilities and strong negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
- Experience supporting multiple open vacancies at a time with the ability to effectively prioritize hiring requirements.
