Trilogy’s AI‑powered chatbot handles most routine tickets, leaving engineers to tackle the most complex issues. This role requires immediate autonomy, rapid adaptation, and strong problem‑solving skills. Responsibilities AI‑Enhanced Customer Issue Resolution: Examine intricate tickets escalated from AI systems, apply specialized human judgment where AI capabilities are limited, and enhance the AI system to narrow that gap. Invest in rapid proficiency across multiple products; onboarding is expected to be completed within the first month. Operate independently, removing blockers without relying on management guidance. Key Responsibilities Combine specialized human technical knowledge with AI systems to provide outstanding customer support, focusing on challenging issues that AI can’t yet fully handle. Basic Requirements A minimum of 3 years of total experience in technical customer support positions. Expert‑level generative AI skills – proficiency with multiple AI platforms, ability to automate processes and build custom GPTs. Limited LLM usage for research or content creation does not meet the threshold. Present location in North or South America. Seniority Level Associate Employment Type Full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term contractor with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. Compensation is $30 USD/hour, paid weekly.
