What You Will Be Doing Solve complex technical issues that have defeated our advanced AI systems Analyze patterns in escalated tickets to identify AI improvement opportunities Contribute technical expertise to enhance AI capabilities across multiple enterprise products Master new products rapidly to maintain exceptional resolution standards Implement creative solutions for our most challenging customer problems What You Won’t Be Doing Handling routine tickets that our AI can resolve—we've eliminated the mundane Taking two months to get up to speed—you'll be mastering multiple products within your first month Relying on managers for solutions—self-sufficiency is non-negotiable Working within a single product silo—your expertise will span across our diverse portfolio Application Support Engineer Key Responsibilities Seamlessly bridge the gap between advanced AI capabilities and complex technical challenges to deliver exceptional customer outcomes while continuously improving our AI systems.
