Application Support Engineer, Trilogy (Remote) $60,000/year USD This role is full‑time (40 hrs per week) and requires an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. What You Will Be Doing Solve complex technical issues that have defeated our advanced AI systems Analyze patterns in escalated tickets to identify AI improvement opportunities Contribute technical expertise to enhance AI capabilities across multiple enterprise products Master new products rapidly to maintain exceptional resolution standards Implement creative solutions for our most challenging customer problems What You Won’t Be Doing Handling routine tickets that our AI can resolve—these are already eliminated Taking two months to get up to speed—you’ll master multiple products within your first month Relying on managers for solutions—self‑sufficiency is non‑negotiable Working within a single product silo—your expertise will span across our diverse portfolio Key Responsibilities Seamlessly bridge the gap between advanced AI capabilities and complex technical challenges to deliver exceptional customer outcomes while continuously improving our AI systems. Basic Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in technical customer support roles Advanced generative AI proficiency beyond basic use cases (e.g., create automated workflows, develop custom GPTs, integrate AI tools) Exceptional self‑learning capabilities with proven track record of mastering complex technical concepts independently Current residence in North or South America About Trilogy Hundreds of software businesses run on the Trilogy Business Platform.
