Overview As the Personal Lines, Account Executive, reporting to the AVP of Sales, you will be driving new business revenue growth through the delivery of comprehensive Personal Insurance solutions to Gallagher clientele. This role may be your next career step. Work environment: Hybrid (Agile). Position can be based out of Gallagher’s office in Markham. How You’ll Make An Impact Generate new business income, identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities, and act as a concierge to clients throughout the binding process. Achieve sales targets by planning and prioritizing sales activities (quoting, calling), fully utilizing Gallagher’s lead systems. Deliver clients tailored insurance solutions while ensuring underwriting frameworks are adhered to. Ensure Gallagher’s world‑class quality of service standard is always upheld with clients. About You Success in sales driven by a client‑centric problem‑solving approach, consistently delivering solutions that grant clients peace of mind. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to develop deep relationships with clients and build synergy with colleagues. Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment to exceed client expectations. Highly tech‑savvy, able to learn new systems and tools with ease. 2+ years Personal Lines experience, preferably in a broking environment. Active RIBO license in good standing (required). Insurance designations recognized in other Canadian provinces are an asset. Knowledge of EPIC is considered an asset.
