We aim to deliver the right insurance solution every time so customers can live confidently. Overview Position: Insurance Broker (Insurance Advisor equivalent). You will meet sales targets through quotes and by referring new business, while building lasting relationships with customers to protect what matters most to them. Responsibilities Provide quotes and sell new policies to customers via phone, in-person, and email Assist customers with the purchase of home and auto policies Manage and build customer relationships and meet insurance sales targets Follow up on client accounts to resolve outstanding activities Conduct sales calls for new business and timely renewal calls for existing customer business Qualifications RIBO / General Level 1 Insurance License is an asset Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs Ability to communicate professionally in-person, over the phone, and via email Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar or comparable role Working experience with EPIC is an asset New entrants are welcome; if unlicensed, training will be provided for the right candidate Employment details Hours: Part-time, Permanent – 30 hours per week Location: Victoria, BC (Tillicum) Salary Range: $40,800 – $56,000 Requisition #: 82253 What if I don’t meet every requirement?
