**The Opportunity**:
Maxxam Insurance is looking for an Auto Road Agent. As our Maxxam Group continues to grow, we are looking for a driven motivated individual to join our team.

We will provide you with training, mentorship and all the tools you need to possess a successful career. Since opening our first office in Victoria in the early months of 2007, we have expanded from offering Home, Auto, and Commercial Insurance to providing a wide range of services including Employee Services, Injury Management, Mortgages, Real Estate, City Kinect, and more.

Our mission is to provide education, competitive rates, and transparency to our clients. We believe in empowering our agents with the expertise to give clients peace of mind, knowing their investments are covered. With tailored insurance coverage, we can meet all our client's needs without the need for them to jump from broker to broker.
- Level 1 licensee
- Has an understanding of ICBC Autoplan, Fleet, and Garage
- Highly self-motivated individual with the ability to problem-solve
- Ability to lead a team with confidence and patience
- Experience with training and developing new employees
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally

**Qualifications**:

- Insurance Broker: 1 year (preferred)
- Fundamentals, and/or CAIB1, CAIB2,CAIB3 License (required)
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build authentic customer relationships
- Flexibility on job duties as necessary
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**Compensation**:
$42,500.00-$62,000.00 per year, plus commissions
