Job Summary

InfraReady is looking for a qualified Senior Sales professional who can help keep this engine running with their own sales skills. The ideal Senior Sales candidate has deep experience with the entire sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing. We’re looking for a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills — someone with a successful track record who can inspire the same performance in others. This role reports to the CEO.

Responsibilities

  1. Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach.
  2. Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs.
  3. Recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance.
  4. Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them.
  5. Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with the sales team to set objectives and monitor progress.
  6. Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.

  1. Communication: Influencing skills with the ability to resolve issues, build consensus among groups of diverse internal/external stakeholders, and a proven track record in negotiating and mediating conflict.
  2. Organization and Planning: Plans, organizes, schedules, and budgets in an efficient manner. Focuses on key priorities.
  3. Attention to detail: Does not let important details slip through the cracks or derail a project.

Qualifications

  • Ability to travel at least 20% of the time.
