OverviewEuna Solutions is actively seeking motivated candidates to kick start their career in software sales for the position of Business Development Representative (BDR). The BDR drives high-quality lead development at the top of the sales funnel through inbound and outbound prospecting activity and supports Account Executives within the procurement team. BDRs are responsible for booking qualified meetings for Account Executives who will then progress clients through the remainder of the sales cycle. The BDR role is a first impression for customers and helps build the foundation for future partnerships.ResponsibilitiesProspecting by following up on inbound marketing leads and outbound prospecting to new leadsResearching prospects and actively reaching out to potential customers through phone and emailDemonstrating product knowledge by understanding and articulating Euna’s value propositionCollaborating with Account Executives to understand and fill their pipeline with qualified leadsSecuring qualified sales leads by engaging in conversations to understand customer goals and align Euna with customer needsAchieving quota attainment for meetings held and meetings booked as qualified sales leadsQualificationsRelevant education or experience in a sales position, either in B2C or B2BUnderstanding of SaaS industryDemonstrated persistence in past roles and willingness to relentlessly follow up with prospectsAbility to view objections as steps toward a yesTrack record of meeting goals and objectivesInquisitive nature and ability to qualify prospectsConfident and passionate when engaging with customersGenuine relationship-builder who helps solve business problemsDrive for continuous improvement with examples of process improvementsComfortable working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environmentExperience with a CRM or Salesforce is advantageousCore CompetenciesNegotiationCustomer focusObjection handlingResults orientationCommunicationPlanning and organizingCuriosityTeamworkKey Performance IndicatorsDriving qualified leads to the Account ExecutiveNumber of meetings held and conversion to SQLsWorking conditionsAbility to work outside of core business hours to support territories in different time zones (e.g., West Coast)LocationThis position will be hybrid with 3 days/week in our Oakville, ON office.What It's Like to Work at Euna SolutionsAt Euna Solutions, we foster a work environment where employees have a safe space for creative and intellectual freedom and the opportunity to work cross-functionally.
