Analyst/Associate, Execution Services – HiiveHiive is a fintech/ marketplace startup that connects buyers and sellers of stock in venture-backed pre-IPO companies. We are a profitable, rapidly growing company backed by US venture capital investors and are seeking to scale our high-performing team.As an Analyst/Associate, Execution Services, you will be a foundational part of our transaction execution team. Reporting to the Director, Execution Services, you will run transactions from handshake to closing, provide exceptional support to the companies, buyers, sellers and legal counsel that we work with, and help Hiive’s customers unlock the value of their startup stock.In This Role, Your Responsibilities Would IncludeAligned to a Capital Markets ‘Pod’, manage Hiive’s transaction execution and issuer support initiatives and processes, working closely with buyers and sellers, legal counsel, and issuers to provide exceptional client service and achieve excellent outcomes.Maintain agreements and communication templates to support all execution products and services.Compile documents and signature packages and obtain signatures as part of transaction closings.Manage working relationships with issuers, educating them on our platform and seeking opportunities to develop trust and enhance the execution process.Liaise with parties to provide updates and troubleshoot issues.Work within Hiive’s platform and other information systems to organize, record, and track important information.Collaborate with the compliance team to support KYC, AML, and other compliance and regulatory objectives.Work with Finance to ensure the ongoing integrity of our revenue pipeline and the seamless settlement of transactions.Support the Director, Execution Services with developing and implementing new processes and ways of working, while providing subject matter expertise to our Product team in the ongoing development of the Hiive platform.Required Experience3-5+ years of experience in a fast-paced corporate setting, ideally in finance, tech, or investment services.An undergraduate degree in commerce/business, law, or economics, with a strong academic record.Experience in a client-facing role.Excellent attention to detail, resourcefulness, and speed of execution.Strong multi-tasking skills.Ability to communicate priorities and deadlines with internal and external stakeholders and build constructive high-trust relationships across teams and functions.Preferred ExperienceExperience in transactional work with high volumes of transaction documents (e.g., M&A, capital markets, or corporate finance).Experience with single-asset funds or VC fund investments.Compensation, Benefits & PerksHighly competitive salary commensurate with experience and contribution.Opportunity to participate in ownership of a rapidly growing early-stage startup through our employee stock option plan.Comprehensive 100% employer-paid health and dental premiums, a health and personal spending account.Dedicated desk in our Vancouver, BC HQ with amenities including healthy snacks, onsite gym, and rooftop views.$20-per-day commuter benefit for days you work in the Vancouver HQ.Engaging social calendar with catered lunches, socials, team-building events, and special networks initiatives.Significant opportunities for growth into team leadership and management roles.Entrepreneurial culture in a small, dynamic team.Sponsorship, immigration, and relocation for exceptional candidates.Hiive is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where all individuals have an opportunity to succeed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
