Backed by US venture‑capital investors, we are a profitable, rapidly growing business building the fastest‑growing marketplace for the stock of “unicorns” in the world.In This Role, Your ResponsibilitiesOwning end‑to‑end execution of Hiive Fund campaigns – launching and managing email, retargeting, and social ad campaigns to aggregate investor interest for multi‑million dollar opportunities, coordinating ~20–25 fund launches per month.Coordinating cross‑functionally to gather requirements and secure approvals: work closely with Sales & Trading, Compliance, and Growth & Lifecycle teams for campaign support.Managing affiliate distribution channel – push fund opportunities to affiliate partners, track performance, and optimize for qualified investor leads.Executing flawless campaigns under tight deadlines by deploying across Customer.io, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads with zero errors.Driving continuous improvement through experimentation – propose A/B tests, analyze performance in Salesforce, Omni, and PostHog, and iterate on messaging, targeting, and creative.Reporting on key performance indicators – track fund fill rates, campaign performance, and investor acquisition metrics, and communicate insights to Marketing, Sales, and executive teams.Required Skills2+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or campaign creation, preferably in B2B.Proven ability to execute multi‑channel campaigns (email, paid social, display) with high attention to detail.Experience with A/B testing and using data to optimize campaign performance.Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines.Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment where speed and accuracy both matter.Preferred SkillsFamiliarity with private capital markets, venture capital, or the startup ecosystem.Experience in financial services, fintech, or regulated industries.Hands‑on experience with Customer.io, Salesforce, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.Strong copywriting skills for investor‑facing communications.Compensation, Benefits, & PerksOpportunity to participate in ownership of a rapidly growing early‑stage startup through our employee stock option plan.100% employer‑paid health and dental premiums, plus a health spending account.A dedicated desk in our Vancouver, BC HQ with on‑site gym, rooftop amenity, and healthy snack bar.Preference for candidates willing to work on‑site in Vancouver, BC, but open to Canadian or US‑based remote candidates.$20 per day commuter benefit for days worked in Vancouver HQ.Engaging social calendar with bi‑weekly lunches, Friday bar, team workouts, annual summer party, holiday party, and bi‑annual all‑team retreats.Significant opportunities for growth into team leadership and management roles.Entrepreneurial culture within a small, dynamic team.Sponsorship, immigration, and relocation for exceptional candidates.Hiive is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where all individuals have an opportunity to succeed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
