CRM & Event Manager (H/F)

As CRM and Events Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining customer relationships, event execution and ensuring that marketing and sales efforts are tightly aligned to achieve business objectives.
Your responsibilities will include analysing and segmenting customer data to target audiences effectively, as well as generating reports that provide key insights to drive marketing strategies.
You will also manage all aspects of trade events and exhibitions, from planning to execution, while monitoring performance and tracking ROI.
Additionally, you’ll act as the vital link between the marketing and sales departments, facilitating cross-departmental communication and ensuring that leads from events are properly assigned and followed up on.
- Audience Segmentation and Data Analysis:
– Analyse and segment customer data to identify target audiences for marketing campaigns.
– Generate reports and insights that inform marketing decisions and strategy development.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage insights for improved campaign performance and audience engagement. - Events Management:
– Plan, organise, and execute trade events and exhibitions, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
– Coordinate logistics for events, including venue booking, staffing, and material preparation.
– Track and analyse the ROI of events, providing detailed reports on performance and outcomes.
– Assign leads generated from events to the Sales Team, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion strategies.
– Opportunity to travel and participate in various trade shows across the UK, Ireland, and internationally to support future growth initiatives. - Cross-Departmental Communication:
– Facilitate communication and collaboration between the Sales and Marketing departments to align strategies and objectives.
– Support the Marketing and Sales teams in driving overall product sales and achieving revenue targets. - Content Marketing Support:
– Assist in developing content marketing strategies by providing insights into audience preferences and behaviour.
– Support content creation efforts by gathering information from the Sales team and customer interactions.
– Help maintain a consistent brand voice across all marketing materials and communications.
– Support with conducting competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.
Skills and Requirements:
- Proven experience in CRM management (specifically HubSpot or similar platforms).
- Strong IT and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Understanding of content marketing principles and the ability to collaborate with Content Managers to execute marketing strategies that align with business goals.
- Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (permanent, full-time), 9 am – 5 pm, with a half-hour lunch break. (Inclusive of bank holidays & Christmas shutdown).
