Collaborate with the Vice President, Strategy and Sales Operations and the executive leadership team to develop, refine and execute the organization’s strategic plan and set clear objectives, priorities and performance metrics

Foster a culture of innovation within the organization by exploring new technologies, business models, and market trends
Identify and assess potential strategic initiatives, projects, and partnerships that align with the organization's strategic goals
Lead and participate in cross-functional projects that are in line with the organization's strategic goals
Bachelor in business administration or work experience of equivalent nature in development, design and business administration
A Master degree in business strategy or project management will be considered as an asset
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the equipment finance industry including experience in project management, business development or business strategy
Have strong business relationships with professionals from the equipment finance industry in Canada
Bilingual (English & French), spoken and written, in order to participate in meetings with all Canadian leaders & clients as well as prepare presentations in both languages
Permanent full-time position
