Our client, a renowned and rapidly growing travel company, is seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Salesforce Administrator to join their dynamic team. As a key player in the travel and tourism sector, the company takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences through innovative technology solutions. They are looking for a talented individual to take ownership of their Salesforce platform and drive continuous improvement.

Position Overview:
The Senior Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for managing and optimising the company's Salesforce platform, with a particular focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Salesforce administration, hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud, and the ability to collaborate with various teams to align the platform with business goals.Serve as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce-related enquiries and troubleshooting.Manage the configuration, maintenance, and daily operations of Salesforce, with a focus on Marketing Cloud functionality.Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions to support business processes, ensuring system performance, security, and integrity.Ensure data integrity and governance, conducting regular data audits and implementing best practices for data management.Stay up to date on the latest Salesforce and Marketing Cloud updates, features, and best practices to maximise platform capabilities.Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in Salesforce-related projects.Work closely with stakeholders to identify new opportunities to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency through the Salesforce platform.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.In-depth knowledge of Salesforce configuration, administration, and best practices.Strong experience with Marketing Cloud features such as Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Audience Builder.Proven ability to manage complex Salesforce instances with multiple integrations.Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Marketing Cloud Administrator) are highly desirable.Opportunity to work with a leading company in the travel industry.Career growth and development in a technology-driven environment.
