Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned marketing professional with expertise in CRM marketing and a proven track record of success in implementing marketing automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of CRM platforms, such as Zoho or Salesforce, and be able to leverage this knowledge to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the CEO and marketing team to develop and implement marketing automation strategies that drive lead generation and business growth
  • Conduct a thorough review of the current CRM marketing environment and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing automation plan that aligns with the company's business objectives
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and conversion
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing automation strategies and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance

Requirements

  • Proven experience in CRM marketing and marketing automation
  • Expertise in Zoho, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms
  • Strong strategic mindset and ability to think critically
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
