Steele Ford Lincoln is seeking a Service Production Manager to join our team As a Service Production Manager with Steele Ford Lincoln, you will lead the daily workflow of our service department. In this key role, you’ll ensure vehicles are repaired efficiently, accurately, and delivered on time — while keeping communication flowing between technicians, service advisors, and the parts team. You’ll play a vital part in helping us achieve operational excellence and exceptional customer satisfaction by making sure every vehicle is fixed right the first time and delivered as promised. Compensation aligned with experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assign repair orders to technicians based on skill, availability, and workload. Track all work in progress to ensure steady production flow. Communicate effectively with service advisors to manage customer timelines. Monitor shop throughput and resolve bottlenecks proactively. Support dealership goals for quality, on-time delivery, and CSI performance. Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient service environment. Requirements: 2+ years of automotive experience preferably in Fixed Operations Strong leadership skills Organized, hardworking, and self-motivated Excellent time management abilities Managerial experience is a plus Must be willing to start early — this role begins at 7:00 AM sharp (arriving by 6:45 AM is expected) and runs Monday to Friday, 7 AM – 5 PM.The service team and customers are ready to go right at opening, and your leadership sets the tone for the day.
