In this key role, you’ll ensure vehicles are repaired efficiently, accurately, and delivered on time — while keeping communication flowing between technicians, service advisors, and the parts team. You’ll play a vital part in helping us achieve **operational excellence** and **exceptional customer satisfaction** by making sure every vehicle is **fixed right the first time** and **delivered as promised**. - Compensation aligned with experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities._ **Responsibilities include but are not limited to**: - Assign repair orders to technicians based on skill, availability, and workload. - Track all work in progress to ensure steady production flow. - Communicate effectively with service advisors to manage customer timelines. - Monitor shop throughput and resolve bottlenecks proactively. - Support dealership goals for quality, on-time delivery, and CSI performance. - Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient service environment. **Requirements**: - Must be Red Seal Certified - 2+ years of automotive experience preferably in Fixed Operations - Strong leadership skills - Organized, hardworking, and self-motivated - Excellent time management abilities - Managerial experience is a plus **Why You'll Love Steele Auto Group**: At **Steele Auto Group**, you’re not just joining a company, you’re joining a community.
