Service Production Manager
to join our team

As a
Service Production Manager
with
Steele Ford Lincoln
, you will lead the daily workflow of our
service department
. In this key role, you'll ensure vehicles are repaired efficiently, accurately, and delivered on time — while keeping communication flowing between technicians, service advisors, and the parts team. You'll play a vital part in helping us achieve
operational excellence
and
exceptional customer satisfaction
by making sure every vehicle is
fixed right the first time
and
delivered as promised
.

Compensation Aligned With Experience, Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assign repair orders to technicians based on skill, availability, and workload.
  • Track all work in progress to ensure steady production flow.
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors to manage customer timelines.
  • Monitor shop throughput and resolve bottlenecks proactively.
  • Support dealership goals for quality, on-time delivery, and CSI performance.
  • Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient service environment.

Requirements

  • Must be Red Seal Certified
  • 2+ years of automotive experience preferably in Fixed Operations
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Organized, hardworking, and self-motivated
  • Excellent time management abilities
  • Managerial experience is a plus
