Service Production Manager
to join our team
As a
Service Production Manager
with
Steele Ford Lincoln
, you will lead the daily workflow of our
service department
. In this key role, you'll ensure vehicles are repaired efficiently, accurately, and delivered on time — while keeping communication flowing between technicians, service advisors, and the parts team. You'll play a vital part in helping us achieve
operational excellence
and
exceptional customer satisfaction
by making sure every vehicle is
fixed right the first time
and
delivered as promised
.
Compensation Aligned With Experience, Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assign repair orders to technicians based on skill, availability, and workload.
- Track all work in progress to ensure steady production flow.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors to manage customer timelines.
- Monitor shop throughput and resolve bottlenecks proactively.
- Support dealership goals for quality, on-time delivery, and CSI performance.
- Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient service environment.
Requirements
- Must be Red Seal Certified
- 2+ years of automotive experience preferably in Fixed Operations
- Strong leadership skills
- Organized, hardworking, and self-motivated
- Excellent time management abilities
- Managerial experience is a plus
