Key duties Verify, process, and reconcile invoices (internal/external), claims, accruals, and journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Company policies, Collective Agreements, and government regulations. Audit, input, calculate, and update financial and operational data; prepare reports, accruals, and distribute invoice statements in a timely manner. Operate department specific software programs and office systems efficiently, maintaining a high level of accuracy while working under pressure. Organize and prioritize workload independently, demonstrating the ability to work with minimal supervision. Research, resolve, and respond to internal and external customer inquiries with professionalism and effective solutions. Prepare and process payments, claims, and related transactions; maintain records to support continuous improvement in service delivery. Qualifications High School graduation; Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, ideally with an accounting background; Strong knowledge of customs procedures and international tax regulations; Familiarity with handling taxes across multiple countries; Familiarity with Collective Agreements, Company Policies and/or Government Regulations ; Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; Good communication skills, both written and verbal; Good interpersonal skills; Ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently; Aptitude for accuracy and detail; Demonstrate punctuality and dependability to support overall team success in a fast‑paced environment.
