Accounts Payable Clerk
- Montreal, QC, Canada

**List of Responsibilities include not but limited to**:

- Verify and match a high volume of invoices
- Make payments and ensure compliance with company policies
- Post expenses to the correct general ledger account and enter them into the accounting system
- Generate various reports
- Prepare commission payments on a monthly basis
- Process corporate credit cards on a monthly basis
- Coordination with various departments
- Assist with other accounting duties

**Requirement**:

- A college or university degree in Accounting is preferred
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Highly Organized
- Team player with a flexible and positive attitude
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Proven ability to work with professional discretion and confidential information
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization, as well as external vendors with the highest level of service.

**Experience**:
Accounts Payable Occupations: 1 year (preferred)

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$53,000.00 per year
