You will join a team dedicated to working cohesively together. At Huntsville Honda, our Sales Consultants are paid a salary and volume incentive bonus which allows us to offer a unique car buying experience. You are committed to helping us provide a hassle-free, honest, and transparent environment for our guests and team. li>
Learn and maintain solid product knowledge on manufacturer-specific vehicles and manufacturer-specific rebate, finance, and incentive programs.Project a positive attitude for the benefit of our customers and fellow employees.Attend factory-sponsored and dealer-specified training classes as scheduled by management.Answer customer service phone calls relating to car sale inquiries.Ensure customer car quotes are competitive and reasonable.Keep customers updated by phone as to the progress of their vehicle’s delivery.Account for all documents; li>Comply with all company policies, standards, and procedures.You Champion Success with These Accomplishments- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Dealer CRM system experience is an asset.
- Must have valid Class ‘G’ Ontario driver's license and clean driver’s abstract.
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Ability and willingness to be flexible under changing conditions.
- Ability to be creative and persuasive in negotiating.
- Must be willing to be flexible with work schedules.
