This Senior Financial Analyst – Operations Steering and Controlling focuses on optimizing financial management processes across all Lines of Business (LOBs) in the U.p>

As a key financial advisor to Operations management, you'll drive strategic financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support data-driven decision-making. Your work will involve strong collaboration with Workforce Management (WFM), FP&A, and Operations teams, ensuring high-quality reporting, forecasting, and solutions that align with Group policies. You'll play a vital role in maintaining financial health, identifying efficiency improvements, and providing insights into cost and productivity to help achieve our global strategic goals.

What you will do

  1. Monitor Operations costs, analyze financial performance, coordinate the Operations Planning Dialogue (PD), and provide cost reporting and forecasting.
  2. Drive automation of data collection and reporting, ensuring integration with the Finance department.
  3. Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans aligned with organizational targets, creating concrete budgets for budget owners.
  4. Establish and maintain financial controls to safeguard assets and ensure policy compliance.
  5. Conduct financial analyses to provide insights that support strategic decision-making.
  6. Monitor financial performance against budgets, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
  7. Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring financial health.
  8. Manage external audits, ensuring compliance and accurate financial reporting.

What you will bring

  1. Bachelor’s or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workforce Management or Financial Planning and Analysis.
  3. Understanding of capacity planning.
  4. Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and drive actionable insights and recommendations.
  6. Proficiency with Excel and PowerBI.
  7. Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
