**Compensation: $80,000-$100,000**

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Planning, directing and managing all corporate accounting functions, including internal and external financial reporting and analysis
- Lead, manage and mentor the corporate accounting team
- including accounting, bank reconciliations, accounts payables and receivables, payroll, internal controls, internal audit, and budgeting
- Timely reporting of Financial Statements of the operation: monthly, quarterly, and annually
- Ensuring Bank Reconciliation and accruals are balanced and reported accurately
- Preparing the Financial Budgets for the company, with the assistance of the Senior Management team
- Setting up the Year End audit process and supporting documents
- Work directly with the VP of Finance, CFO's and our external auditors to ensure proper reporting of the financial status of the Group for our year-end
- Other duties as assigned

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- A post-secondary education in business or accounting - CPA, CGA, CMA or CA
- 5 years’ experience in corporate accounting in a senior role
- Experience working within a Dealership setting is considered an asset
- PBS experience is considered an asset
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, follow-up and accuracy coupled with good analytical skills as well as solid business acumen
- Strong working knowledge of computer accounting systems
- Advanced skills using MS Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Must have a valid G driver’s license and an acceptable driver’s abstract
