Our team of Planners, Engineers, and Contract Administrators deliver infrastructure solutions that drive economic growth and social prosperity.

Our group offers a positive customer experience across all regions of Canada, from project inception, design development, and through to construction completion. Our national HI group is comprised of engineers, technicians, and support personnel with their diverse backgrounds in design and construction, committed to delivering excellent technical work and customer service to our clients. This national team has earned an exceptional reputation through its successful delivery of multidisciplinary infrastructure projects in Canada.

Responsibilities:

  • Review minutes of meetings (MoMs) and stakeholder presentation content to ensure a high level of quality and accuracy.
  • Manage the stakeholder meeting process to ensure stakeholder engagement-related milestones are met on time.
  • Manage coordination of stakeholder meeting comments with the Client's Technical Advisor (TA) and Client's project delivery team.
  • Follow up with Client’s staff on submittal reviews, approvals, and action items.
  • Oversee record of stakeholder Request for Information (RFI) to ensure accuracy and conformation to document control processes.
  • Review stakeholder invoices.
  • Support coordination of design review process.
  • Support coordination of stakeholder requirements collection, evaluation, and response.
  • Any additional duties, as deemed necessary to support the deliverables and key project activities and deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Adept communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Project management/coordination, business process management.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Familiarity with Unifier a plus.
  • Knowledge of transit/transportation/urban planning.
  • Experience with infrastructure megaprojects.
  • College diploma or degree in engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience in transit-related projects.
