Marketing and Communications Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team at Levi Strauss & Co. in Markham, Canada.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute integrated marketing programs that drive brand awareness and sales growth in the Canadian market.
- Lead Retail Marketing Initiatives: Develop and execute retail marketing strategies that support the growth of Levi's Stores, including new store openings, seasonal programs, consumer events, and local initiatives.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with internal partners to position Levi's as the leader in denim customization and promote the Tailor Shop consumer experience.
- Manage Public Relations: Develop and implement a robust PR strategy to grow Levi's brand equity among consumers, media, and influencers.
- Recap and Analyze Marketing Programs: Recapture, analyze, and share insights on all marketing programs and the competitive marketplace.
- Minimum 5 Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience building integrated marketing campaigns, including digital activations, event management, and public relations.
- Marketing Expertise: Experience managing multi-faceted marketing programs from conception to execution, working with agency partners, and developing briefs and managing complex projects on time and on budget.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage relationships with external partners in media, corporate, and fashion industries.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of the retail landscape, consumer behavior, and market trends.
