We manufacture and supply a diverse range of superior building materials for construction and maintenance projects across Canada.PositionTitle: HRIS AnalystLocation: Concord, OntarioTerm: 12‑Month Contract – Maternity LeavePosition OverviewThe HRIS Analyst plays a key role in supporting CRH – Dufferin’s Human Resources function by managing HR data, ensuring system integrity, and delivering insights related to compensation, benefits, pension, and rewards programs. This role maintains the HRIS, analyzes compensation data, supports reward program administration, and provides reporting solutions to guide strategic HR and business decisions. The analyst collaborates with HR, Finance, and business leaders to document and optimize processes, improve data quality, and enable informed workforce planning.Job ResponsibilitiesAudit and maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS system, including compensation, benefits, pension, and rewards.Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with CRH policies and legal requirements.Generate and deliver standard and ad‑hoc HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to support operational and strategic decision‑making.Troubleshoot HRIS issues and coordinate with IT and external vendors for resolution.Assist in the administration of compensation programs, salary structures, incentive plans, and reward initiatives.Provide analytical support for annual compensation cycles, including merit, bonus, and incentive programs.Benchmark and analyze market data to support competitive pay practices.Monitor internal equity and ensure compensation practices align with organizational policies.Manage Statistics Canada reporting and liaise with relevant teams for completion.Partner with HR and business teams to streamline HRIS processes related to compensation and rewards.Identify opportunities for automation and system enhancements to improve efficiency.Support HR technology projects, upgrades, and implementations.Maintain documentation of HRIS processes, procedures, and workflows.Support audit activities by providing required data and system records.Drive the Social Form process for CRH Canada across all operating companies.RequirementsProficient in written and verbal English communication.Ability to simultaneously handle multiple priorities.Strong verbal communication, listening, and analytical skills.Capacity to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Strong organizational and time‑management skills.Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, changing environment with tight deadlines.Detail oriented, rigorous, and continuously learning about HRIS trends, compensation practices, and reporting tools.Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.3‑5 years of experience in Human Resources management.Experience with HRIS (preferred).CRH Canada Group Inc. recognizes Canada’s diverse landscape.
