Bring your clinical expertise and passion for providing quality, compassionate care to a challenging and rewarding role as a Nurse Practitioner. In this position, you will provide comprehensive, integrated, and trauma-informed care at our Urgent and Primary Care Centre (UPCC) located in Abbotsford, BC. Our UPCC site is dedicated to delivering timely, person-centred, culturally safe, trauma-informed longitudinal and urgent primary care in Abbotsford.
UPCCs are dedicated to delivering timely, person-centred, culturally safe, trauma-informed longitudinal and urgent primary care. Our model of care offers holistic team-based care by supporting physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers, clinical counsellors, allied health professionals, and administrative support. Together this team will extend continuous care that will be intentional and coordinated to all members of the community, including the vulnerable and medically complex.
This is a great opportunity for a new Nurse Practitioner to join a well-supported fellowship program to help consolidate clinical skills. You will be welcomed into a New Graduate NP Community of Practice team helping to support your successful transition into independent practice.

Collaborates and consults with physicians or other health care and social service providers as appropriate to assess and diagnose patient/client/resident status.
