We’re on the hunt for a Licensed Condominium Manager (Community Manager) to join our Calgary team. If you have a knack for organization, love working with people, and want to make a real impact in the communities you manage—keep reading Responsibilities Overseeing day‑to‑day operations for your assigned portfolio—ensuring everything from maintenance to communications is on point Managing contracts, monitoring performance, and making sure our high standards are met (and exceeded) Building strong relationships with board members, owners, tenants, and contractors—you're the friendly face of our service Taking care of budgets and keeping spending on track—because financial stewardship matters Supporting and supervising any site staff at your properties Offering helpful guidance on legislation and compliance—so our communities stay informed and protected Identifying ways we can make our properties even better through improvements and innovation Promoting and using our in‑house systems and processes to keep everything running like clockwork Qualifications At least two years of experience in condominium management >Experience with maintenance and mechanical projects or subcontracted services (bonus) Valid Condominium Management Associate license through RECA Comfortable with Microsoft Office and accounting systems, eager to learn new tools Understanding of budgets, administration, and accounting processes Organized, self‑motivated, can manage time and responsibilities Good knowledge of the Real Estate Act and condominium bylaws Strong written and verbal communication skills Pride in excellent customer service Valid Driver’s License, clean Driver’s Abstract, reliable vehicle Salary based on experience and portfolio size Hybrid work arrangement with some ability to work from home Education assistance Extended health care and Dental care fully funded Life Insurance, Long Term Disability Insurance and AD&D Emergency out of country coverage Paid time off (vacation, sick leave, personal days, 2 additional statutory holidays) A great team to work with Benefits Salary based on experience and portfolio size Hybrid work arrangement with some ability to work from home Education assistance Extended health care and Dental care fully funded Life Insurance, Long Term Disability Insurance and AD&D Emergency out of country coverage Paid time off (vacation, sick leave, personal days, 2 additional statutory holidays) A great team to work with We’ve earned the designation of a "Great Place to Work" by our employees' votes for 6 years in a row We’re proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
