We are currently looking for the right person to join us and continue the growth and success that we have achieved to date. We are a fast-growing firm in Calgary focused on Condominium Property Management. We need someone who’s incredibly detailed, an independent problem solver, embraces new technology, is always looking for ways to improve efficiency with a focus on completing tasks in a timely manner who can continually reprioritize tasks.

- Currently hold a Condo Management license through RECA or are Immediately Eligible for the Condo Management Graduated Licensing Program (non-negotiable)
- Must be able to independently resolve issues and be highly productive in completing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Strong technological proficiency and the ability to learn new business specific technology quickly as well as proficient with Windows
- Understanding of corporation budgeting and financial statements is an asset.
- Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, where you are helping build the processes and systems, not just following them
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm and clear-headed in stressful situations and have developed conflict management skills.
- Able to be pro-active and work accurately and independently (strong attention to detail) with mínimal supervision
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
- Must be able to understand problems and recommend solutions.
- Valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation
- Experience in working in a condominium property management firm either in an administrative capacity or management role will be considered an asset.
- A sense of humor with a positive, professional attitude that is customer focused

**Here’s What You’ll Be Doing on a Daily Basis - Your Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Oversee routine condominium operations and be instrumental in making improvements
- Manage loss events and insurance claims
- Correspond with owners, vendors and the corporation’s board of directors on an ongoing basis
- Assist with capital projects
- Manage an ongoing schedule of site visits to your communities to identify areas that require attention.
- Manage the ongoing financial aspects of the corporation including support of the collection of monies owed
- Continual ongoing communication with multiple board of directors
- Ensure regular maintenance and required inspections are completed

**Compensation and Benefits**

The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $70,000 with the opportunity for additional pay for additional projects.

This posting is intended as an entry level role or a newer Condominium Manager. You will be assigned a small initial portfolio and as you develop your skills additional properties will be added. In turn your compensation will be adjusted to reflect the larger portfolio.

You will be working remotely from your home office and flexible work arrangements Monday through Friday can be reviewed and most can be accommodated.

Your home office location must be within a 60 minute drive of our office address as you will be required to visit the properties that you manage.

You will be expected to work some evenings attending Board Meetings and will be responsible to manage your weekly schedule in line with business needs.
