Speech Language Pathologist - Stroke Team SE Health Stroke Team is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Kitchener, Waterloo, St. Jacobs, Elmira, New Hamburg, Breslau and surrounding areas. This role is full time and offers a $10,000 sign‑on bonus. Status: Full time. Position Summary: SE Health Speech Language Pathologists provide person‑centered care and build rapport with clients. As part of our interdisciplinary stroke team, you will conduct weekly rounds, collaborate on shared goals, and ensure clients receive tailored care. Responsibilities Conduct assessments Formulate goals and recommendations Plan and implement client‑centered, goal‑directed treatment programs Why join our team?
