Qualifications For Success Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Membership in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech‑Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO). Experience in language/cognitive‑communication assessments and therapy. Strong client‑centered approach and teamwork skills. Excellent verbal, written, and technical communication abilities. Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle. Typical Day Conduct individual assessments and provide evidence‑based treatment for cognitive communication/language disorders. Assist clients in setting and achieving meaningful goals in home and community settings. Collaborate with community partners and rehab professionals to support client goals and independence.
