If you’re looking for an opportunity to push your limits, accelerate your career, and make a lasting impact, PheedLoop is the place for you.About the RoleThe Sales & Renewals Specialist plays a key role in supporting PheedLoop’s growing client base by managing inbound leads and ensuring a smooth and positive renewal experience. You’ll be responsible for qualifying and booking inbound leads, managing inbound renewal inquiries, preparing renewal agreements, and identifying opportunities to expand accounts through upselling additional modules and services.This is an entry-level position on our Sales team — perfect for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer success and sales growth.Key ResponsibilitiesManage inbound leads and ensure qualified leads convert to the next stage in the sales process.Respond to renewal inquiries from existing clients promptly and professionally.Review current client agreements and determine the appropriate renewal terms.Prepare and send renewal quotes and agreements using our internal systems.Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on client usage and needs.Collaborate with Account Executives and Partnerships Managers to support account growth.Maintain accurate records of all renewal activities in our CRM.Communicate effectively with the Customer Success team to ensure client satisfaction.Track and report on renewal performance metrics.What You’ll BringCRM knowledge — familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other sales automation tools.Operational mindset — detail-oriented, organized, and motivated to create clarity and structure for others.Analytical skills — confident with Excel/Sheets and able to turn data into insights.Communication skills — clear written and verbal communicator, with examples of professional correspondence or content.Growth mentality — eager to learn, open to feedback, and excited to build a career in sales enablement/rev ops.Experience working in fast-paced tech companies, SaaS, or startups.Knowledge of the events industry.Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, or account coordination is an asset but not required.Who You AreA highly collaborative team player who thrives on helping others succeed.Naturally curious, organized, and tech-savvy.Comfortable working with both structure and ambiguity—you can build systems and adapt them as needed.A self-starter who takes initiative, but isn’t afraid to ask questions or request support when needed.Why PheedLoop?Health Benefits: 100% employee health coverage, fully paid by PheedLoop.Convenient Location: Our accessible office is directly connected to the TTC subway.Great Workplace: Enjoy snacks, team outings, open workspaces, and continuous learning opportunities.Who We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking ambitious, hardworking individuals who excel at problem-solving and thrive in collaborative environments.
