Mitsubishi Motor Sales of Canada, Inc. will support applicants requiring accommodation during the recruitment process.All employees are required to espouse MMSCAN’s company values, MMC WAY, and conduct themselves accordingly:Think of Our Customers First; Strengthen TrustWelcome All Facts; Share Difficult News FirstConduct and Challenge Yourself Professionallyand Respect All; Work as Part of a Broader TeamOverviewThe District Sales Manager will act in a business consultant capacity to assist MMSCAN dealers to sell Mitsubishi vehicles, parts and accessories, while providing their customers with a superior buying and ownership experience while yielding profitable operations for the dealer and develop a long-term relationship with dealers within the assigned district.This position will report to the Sr Manager, Field Operations.ResponsibilitiesRegularly contact dealerships and communicate, implement, and administer Sales Operations Department programs, policies, and procedures with dealers including attainment of objectives and adherence to the dealer agreement.Monitor and advise management of dealers’ adherence to policies and procedures in such areas of Consumer Relations, Customer Satisfaction, and participation in sales, marketing, and advertising programs.Provide recommendations for operational improvements to Dealer and dealership managers which maximize and increase customer satisfaction, operational effectiveness, and market penetration.Contact dealerships, and coordinate wholesale, retail vehicle, and accessory sales activities with dealer principal, general manager and/or department managers.Help process, resolve, and close customer inquiries.Monitor dealers’ adherence with policies and procedures, and participation in sales, marketing, and advertising programs.Advise senior management of non-compliance situations and recommend solutions.Analyze individual dealership sales, market penetration, and vehicle inventory.Develop and recommend marketing/promotional strategies to assists dealership in maximizing wholesale/retail sales volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction.Coordinate, plan, and implement sales strategy with knowledge and cooperation of district counterparts.Follow and confirm to the DSM Policy & Procedures Guidelines as provided by MMSCAN.Manage budgets and conduct meetings.Perform other duties as required from time to time.Requirements and SkillsFive years of professional level automotive retail/wholesale experience including three years as a District Sales Manager, District Parts and Service Manager or Area Operations Manager.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.Ability to communicate in both English and French where necessary (Quebec Districts).Job DetailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Sales, Management, and Strategy/PlanningIndustries: Motor Vehicle Manufacturing, Manufacturing, and Machinery ManufacturingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Mitsubishi Motor Sales of Canada, Inc. by 2xGreater Quebec City Metropolitan Area 1 week ago #J-18808-Ljbffr
