Field Support Engineer.

This role offers a unique opportunity to manage, troubleshoot, and maintain cutting-edge automated microbiology equipment within a dedicated customer location.

️ Role Impact: - Install, maintain, and repair sophisticated automated microbiology equipment, ensuring operational excellence and reliability. - Directly contribute to customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support. - Engage in continuous learning and application of the latest technologies in healthcare automation.

Candidate Profile: - Educational Background: Associate degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology, Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or a minimum of 0-3 years of related training. - Professional Experience: Proven ability in equipment maintenance, preferably in a clinical environment. - Personal Attributes: Strong independent work ethic, excellent communication skills, and commitment to providing outstanding customer service. - Must be able to read & write in French & English
