In this individual contributor level role, you will be providing guidance and input into the model development process from a retail risk perspective. You will be questioning and challenging the underlying assumptions and estimates, and be able to understand the fundamentals of picking apart a model to define how a model will be good.

Provides oversight, monitoring, and reporting on credit risk for a designated portfolio. Develops and monitors the credit risk management framework that includes governance framework & practices leveraged across BMO to manage credit risks. Provides policies & standards, methodologies, and controls that increase transparency, accuracy, and consistency across groups. p>

  • Acts as a trusted advisor to senior leaders for making business decisions and implementing strategic initiatives.

  • Defines business requirements for analytics & reporting to ensure data insights inform business decision making.
  • Breaks down strategic problems and analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Leads change management programs of varying scope and type, including readiness assessments, planning, stakeholder management, execution, evaluation, and sustainment of initiatives.
