What you will do Lead the quarterly Management's Discussion and Analysis (MD&A) process Collaborate with segment management, investor relations, accounting policy, and financial reporting teams to ensure disclosures are concise and value‑added while compliant with regulatory requirements Communicate complex issues with senior management, internal stakeholders, and potentially eternal regulators Liaise with FP&A and financial reporting teams to complete quarterly Supplemental Information Package Lead the creation and filing of OSFI returns and other regulatory filings Coach and mentor team members, developing them to be future leaders What you will bring Deep understanding and extensive experience with IFRS and continuous disclosure requirements Strong organizational and project management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑pace environment Excellent stakeholder management skills Working knowledge with SAP and Workiva a strong asset Adequate knowledge of internal controls over financial reporting Experience with coaching and leading a team CPA designation is required Given the size and scope of our organization, we have the flexibility for this position to be located in the following head office locations: London (ON), Toronto, Winnipeg. The base salary for this position is between $123,300 - $226,200 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
