Job Details Ref ID: 05090-0012318170 Classification: Regulatory Reporting Analyst / Manager Compensation: $110000.00 to $125000.00 yearly Our client, a global financial institution, is looking for an AVP, Regulatory Reporting to join their team. The AVP, Regulatory Reporting will be reporting to the Director, Senior Legal Entity Controller and his / her responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to : Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory reports for IIROC (Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada) & OSFI (Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions) Complete daily and weekly capital reporting Perform variance analysis and prepare reports for Senior Management team Develop expertise of broker dealer and foreign bank branch regulatory rules Assist in external, regulatory, corporate and compliance audits Prepare month-end journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations Job Requirements CPA designation Experience preparing reports for the IIROC and OSFI Strong knowledge of financial institutions, financial services and capital markets Advanced Excel skills Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills All applicants applying for Canadian job openings must be authorized to work in Canada. © 2022 Robert Half.
