AVP Corporate Financial and Regulatory Reporting.
What you will do
- Lead the quarterly Management's Discussion and Analysis (MD&A) process
- Collaborate with segment management, investor relations, accounting policy, and financial reporting teams to ensure disclosures are concise and value-added while compliant with regulatory requirements
- Communicate complex issues with senior management, internal stakeholders, and potentially eternal regulators
- Liaise with FP&A and financial reporting teams to complete quarterly Supplemental Information Package
- Lead the creation and filing of OSFI returns and other regulatory filings
- Coach and mentor team members, developing them to be future leaders
What you will bring
Deep understanding and extensive experience with IFRS and continuous disclosure requirementsStrong organizational and project management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-pace environmentExcellent stakeholder management skillsWorking knowledge with SAP and Workiva a strong assetAdequate knowledge of internal controls over financial reportingExperience with coaching and leading a teamCPA designation is required-
The base salary for this position is between $123,300 - $226,200 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
