Customer and Business Operations Specialist Join Us as Our Customer Operations Specialist Remote We're looking for a Customer Operations Specialist to join our team at Modus Create. In this role, you'll drive operational excellence by managing data, processes, and systems that power our customer organization. You'll collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure that our teams are efficient, informed, and aligned. About You Experience: Senior Key Responsibilities Staffing and resource allocation across customer teams to ensure optimal utilization. Manage and govern CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and effective change management. Conduct regular data analysis, monitoring, and reporting to deliver actionable insights into sales and operational performance. Oversee process management and policy documentation, ensuring consistency and compliance across the organization. Help drive employee experience and engagement by developing and executing communication strategies across internal channels. Build and nurture a strong sense of community by proactively connecting with current and past employees, activating alumni networks, and creating programs that foster belonging and advocacy. Develop, own, and execute the roadmap for employee communications, community engagement, and culture‑building initiatives. Maintain and organize Confluence and Jira spaces for documentation, tracking, and visibility. Continuously document and improve workflows to drive efficiency and scalability. Act as the "time cop" and data steward—ensuring data integrity, accurate reporting, and adherence to operational processes. Qualifications 6+ years of experience in operations, business analysis, or program management (preferably within a customer‑facing or sales organization). Proven ability to manage and optimize CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). Strong analytical skills and experience turning data into insights and action. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including VP and executive‑level leaders. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Self‑starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Team Collaboration Overlap with at least 6 hours US EDT hours daily is expected. Reliable high‑speed internet is a must Excellent/Advanced English communication skills is a must.
