**Customer Operations Specialist**
- This position strives for the following outcomes:_
- _customers choose Bayer as their preferred provider for their operation_; and_
- _providing the best-in-class service for the Crop Science business to ensure that Bayer and customers’ business goals are achieved in partnership with the customer-facing units._
- Bayer is committed to a flexible hybrid working environment. This is a 12-month term position, based out of the Calgary, Alberta office._
**_What you will do:_**
- _Work & collaborate with assigned customer-facing commercial unit(s), Unit Squads, and Mission Teams to achieve Bayer Crop Science Canada business objectives to deliver outcomes _
- _Order creation and management which includes reviewing customer requested delivery dates, product availability_
- _Execute transactional reconciliation for dealer-to-dealer transfers_
- _Manage returns including seasonal products and empty containers_
- _Actively participate in customer service process improvement projects_
- _Address any immediately resolvable requests (e.g., order entry, product availability, order adjustments, scheduling, product returns, delivery complaints, etc.)_
- _Manage research, resolution, documentation, and communication for complaints & errors_
**_Who you are:_**- _BS/BA in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related fields; or equivalent experience in Order Management or Logistics_
- _Experience supporting order management operations_
- _Strong English communication and administrative skills_
- _Highly organized _
- _Desired_
- _Domain knowledge in operations, business, process analysis, strategy development, behavioral influence, and change management_
- _Key competencies: results orientation, collaboration, agility, decision making, strong communication_
- _Knowledge or experience in SAP and Excel are preferred_
- _French English bilingual is an asset_
