What You’ll Do Reporting to the Lead Systems Support Analyst, the Service Desk Analyst is the first point of contact for all initial Information Technology (IT) client support needs. The incumbent provides first level support services for County employees; is responsible for troubleshooting of hardware and software and assists the Systems Support Analysts in providing systems support for all County client workstations.
