Duties include long‑term planning as well as day‑to‑day administration of these specific accounts to ensure the positioning of Samsung TV, AV, and Accessory products. Constant contact between the manager and the account as well as Samsung Head office is required. Role and Responsibilities Build sales growth for assigned account (Best Buy) and product lines Engage customers in order to grow relationship, and achieve revenue, profit and market share targets. Develop and execute tactical plans, manage budgets, forecasts, promotional planning and pricing. Key point of contact for all account activity incl. internal connections with SCM/Mktg./Finance. Develop and grow Samsung Brand within Best Buy account Collaborate with all accounts on joint business planning, brand management, in‑store merchandising and retail sales execution. Collaborate with all related Product Managers and Samsung Marketing team to plan Samsung’s brand management, Product Pages, Brand Store, Advertising Plan around current product line‑up and key launch activities for new product additions. Manage and implement business trade spend within account programs and management budgets. Analyze high priority account performance quarterly utilizing Samsung KPI’s Work closely with Samsung marketing to maximize sales with each National Account. Manage weekly product forecast by model by dealer and ensure inventory forecast matches promotional calendar by account. Make product presentations, both new product introductions and present product offering to customers and prospects as prescribed by the Company sales guidelines. Serve as the liaison between customer and Samsung to coordinate and collaborate on inventory related matters including: Review Sales trend and future demand Purchase Order Submission Short‑Term upside/downside requests Samsung commitment within lead time Long Range order forecasting Appointment requests and Follow‑ups Logistics Issues Successfully complete in a timely manner any certifications as mandated by HQ. Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree preferred Knowledge Versatile in multi‑tasking. Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CPFR Programs Strong interpersonal skills, able to interact comfortably with a wide range of levels in organizations: from senior executives to support staff within and outside of the company. Strong oral and written communications skills, presentation skills. Must be highly self‑motivated and capable of self‑directed work given only broad objectives and limited direct supervision. Must be capable of planning, organizing and prioritizing multiple and simultaneous projects and assignments. Experience 3‑5 years within the Consumer Electronics industry experience strongly preferred Previous experience within an Account Management role preferred Strong existing relationship with Best Buy an asset Travel This role may require travel. Salary Range The salary range for this role is expected to be between $100,000 to $135,000 and reflects base salary only. Actual pay will be determined based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, competencies, qualifications, relevant skills and experience.
