These versatile products guarantee safety, efficiency, and operational reliability in demanding projects around the world.They proudly serve major customers such as the Toronto Transit Commission, Hydro One, and numerous provincial power authorities across Canada.They are looking to bring on a National Account Manager to join their growing Canadian teamResponsibilitiesManage a national portfolio of key accounts across Canada, with a focus on maintaining and expanding existing business (approximately 90% account management and 10% new business development).Oversee a book of business, with a significant concentration in the Vancouver area.Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through regular communication, on-site visits, and strategic partnership development.Collaborate closely with the National Sales Manager and broader sales leadership team to identify growth opportunities, ensure customer satisfaction, and strengthen the company's market presence.Work cross-functionally with internal teams including marketing, customer service, and operations to ensure seamless execution and delivery.Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to clients across multiple sectors.Contribute to long-term succession planning, with a clear growth path into the National Sales Manager role.About You5+ years of experience in account management and sales, ideally within construction, engineering, or industrial sectors.Proven success managing high-value accounts and maintaining strong client partnerships.A strategic, relationship-focused professional who thrives in consultative sales environments.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at multiple levels.Comfortable in a hybrid/field sales role with regular local travel and quarterly trips across Canada.Ideally based in Vancouver, where many key accounts are located.Compensation and BenefitsBase Salary: $100K- $120K (depending on experience)Bonus: Up to 25% annuallyFull benefits package, retirement savings plan (RRSP), PTO and car allowance.100% remote role with up to 60% travel in territory (only 1/month outside of Vancouver, the rest will be local)This is an exciting opportunity to take on a strategic, relationship-driven sales role with long-term leadership potential.Interested candidates, please note: our team reviews new applicants daily.
