Our consultants bring deep domain experience, a rigorous selection approach, and a strong commitment to client confidentiality.Our client in the public sector is seeking a highly organized Project Event Coordinator for a temporary assignment to support a large‑scale conference initiative. In this role, you will provide full‑cycle event and project coordination, supporting planning activities leading up to the conference, managing all on‑site operations, and overseeing post‑event close‑out and debriefs. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, assisting with logistical preparation, ensuring smooth execution, and supporting the Manager of Operations and Special Projects in delivering a successful event. You will also monitor timelines, track risks and issues, prepare project documentation, and contribute to project leadership by guiding assigned team members and coordinating workstreams.QualificationsStrong background in event planning and coordination, with experience managing large‑scale events.Well‑developed project management skills, including the ability to lead projects from planning through execution and close‑out.Experienced in monitoring project risks, actions, and decisions, and preparing project plans using project management software.Exceptional relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, negotiate changing priorities, and lead consultations.Excel in a fast‑paced environment, working collaboratively while managing competing timelines.Value of Interim OpportunitiesExposure to complex, high‑impact work within respected public‑sector organizations.Opportunity to apply your expertise in meaningful, purpose‑driven assignments.Expand your professional network and skills.Flexibility to stay active between permanent opportunities.Ideal for professionals seeking project‑based work or transitioning between roles.How to ApplyIf you feel that you have the right combination of skills and experience for this opportunity, please submit your resume.
