Position Overview As a Client Support Coordinator, you deliver outstanding customer service to BDC clients by meeting their individual needs and performing office activities efficiently. You demonstrate team spirit by providing administrative support to the team and help the BDC Financing team resolve core issues and manage related documents. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent client service to BDC clients, addressing basic questions and informing senior levels of complex cases. Respond promptly, accurately, and professionally to existing and potential clients, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Prepare letters and proposals for clients, ensuring accuracy, necessary signatures, and proper follow‑up. Participate in branch marketing efforts, organizing events, campaigns, and activities, and providing logistical support. Complete administrative tasks assigned through the queue system and support account managers in achieving business development targets. Manage stationery orders, organize catering services, and ensure smooth operation of the business center. What We Are Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. Ability to analyze and interpret financial statements (asset). Client‑service orientation and initiative in listening, identifying sales opportunities, and resolving issues. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and handle various situations. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. Teamwork, creativity, flexibility, collaborative spirit, and desire to work as part of a team. Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent writing and speaking skills in French and English.
