Company: CN TowerLocation: CN Tower - Food & Beverage,290 Bremner Blvd,Toronto,ONEmployment Status: Contractor (Full-Time) Short Summary This role is jointly shared between the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and the Food and Beverage Director (DOFB) under limited supervision, managing and overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Executive Office environment. The primary focus is working directly with key members (culinary and beverage stakeholders) of the F&B team to order, input and maintain key systems (e.g., JD Edwards (JDE), Aloha and the Reservations system (SevenRooms)). The role performs a wide variety of duties that require confidentiality, initiative, tact, maturity, and independent judgment, coordinating meetings and activities with other departments. Job Description Manage all data entry and catalogues for the culinary team. Work with the DOFB and Finance teams to ensure quality and consistency, attend monthly Finance meetings. Create and circulate monthly reports for the DOFB. Circulate event orders, hospitality reports, and update presentations. Input all VIP 360 reservations for external contacts requested through the Director of Food and Beverage COO. Organize and manage weekly Executive and various other meetings, ensuring all documentation is available. Communicate with and process requests from Executives and other staff at CLC Limited. General administrative duties for the DOFB, COO, and F&B divisions. Qualifications A college diploma in Business Administration or equivalent is preferred. A minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of related experience in office administration. Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Food and Beverage products and supplies is an asset.
