Located in North Toronto, the Club consists of over 4,000 members, with a strong presence in both the local and international social and sporting community.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage service activities in the multiple dining areas and food and beverage outlets throughout the Club.
- Work closely with the Banquet Manager & Lead Food and Beverage Supervisors to provide ongoing training for Food and Beverage staff to ensure consistent, quality service
- Provide leadership, supervision, problem solving and decision making to staff
- Motivate staff to promote excellent member satisfaction and service
- Be a visible, hands-on manager; recruit, train and develop staff while handling workforce scheduling and planning.
- Be a proactive and responsive relationship manager with members and guests
- With the Director of Food & Beverage, be responsible for managing labour budgets while ensuring proper staffing levels to provide consistent, quality service
- Further develop, implement and advise on service standards

**Job Requirements**:

- Post-secondary education in hospitality or related program
- Extensive knowledge of excellent Food & Beverage service, minimum of 3 years managerial role within the restaurant, hotel or private club industry
- Service-oriented, member-focused
- Attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of wines, beers, spirits
- Leadership experience, ability to motivate others, excellent communication skills
- Excellent demonstrated computer skills
- Able and willing to work variable hours - days, evenings and weekends as per fluctuating business demands

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
